Hinchman Joins IARA Board of Directors

ARLINGTON, NJ - The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance
(IARA) has announced that Jay Hinchman, assistant vice president of
remarketing, World Omni Financial Corp./CenterOne Financial
Services, has joined the IARA board of directors.
Hinchman is responsible for all vehicle remarketing sales and
logistics functions of World Omni Financial Corp., Southeast Toyota
Finance, and CenterOne Financial Services clients. Throughout his
career, he has developed and enhanced alternative distribution sales
channels and restructured the company’s traditional auction sales
process, resulting in increased mitigation of losses and
maximization of net sale proceeds.
Hinchman joined World Omni in 1999 as director of corporate vehicle
remarketing. Prior to joining the company, Hinchman served as vice
president of remarketing for Bank of America and held management and
executive positions at Nations Bank Auto Leasing, Barnett Bank, and
Oxford Resources Corp. Hinchman resides with his wife, Sylvana, in
Boca Raton, Fla.
In addition, Dave Sutton, general manager, Auction Sales &
Operations, VW Credit, Inc., and Nick Peluso, senior vice president
of customer relations and strategies, Manheim, have been confirmed
to the IARA Board, with terms expiring Dec. 31, 2009
