| Matthew Marks IARA Executive Director |
Greetings IARA member;
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who helped make this past year a great success for the Alliance. Many hours of volunteer time were dedicated to the mission of the Alliance. As a result, the IARA continues to gain strength as an organization committed to improvements in the remarketing industry.
Best wishes for a safe and wonderful Holiday Season. We have a lot to be thankful for and lets remember those overseas for us during this season. Thanks for a terrific year.
Best Wishes for 2005,

Matthew Marks
Executive Director
International Automotive Remarketers Alliance
Online Remarketing Courses
One of the significant achievements this past year was the activation of the Online Remarketing Orientation Courses in October. These nine courses are designed to help a new remarketing person become acquainted with the remarketing process. They are easy to take and are available through Northwood University's online system.
Please visit the IARA website at www.iaraonline.org to learn about the sign up process. The IARA urges everyone to look at these courses for their 2005 training needs. It would help us to know how many might use these courses in 2005. Please let IARA's executive director know in the next two weeks how many people from your organization may possibly take some or all of these courses in 2005. Call Matt Marks if you have any questions.
2005 Remarketing Roundtable Series Meeting
The next IARA meeting will be February 16th in Las Vegas in conjunction with CAR2005. We will start at noon with our Circle of Excellence Award to an outstanding individual in the remarketing industry at our luncheon. The afternoon will consist of the Roundtable meetings.
There is no charge for the lunch or the meetings. Please register, however, so we know how many to expect for the luncheon.
