TODAY'S CHALLENGE
Our industry is changing and so too are the needs and priorities of vehicle remarketing. What are those needs? How do we define and prioritize them? How do we communicate them? That's what the IARA Roundtable Series is all about.
In our third of a series of industry meetings, we will work to develop consensus on the key issues that will help to improve performance in our industry. Through work group interchange, participants will define and prioritize key developmental requirements that will be presented to appropriate industry groups. Using the experience within the various facets of our business we will endeavor to compose commonly needed goals, objectives, and tasks that will provide direction to the many participants in our industry.

PANEL DISCUSSION SEGMENT
- Upstream Internet Selling — Panel discussion on various avenues of upstream selling. (Panelists to include representatives from Honda, Toyota, and VW Credit.
- Remarketing Benchmarks — Panel discussion regarding development of remarketing benchmarks to be used to rate their internal effectiveness. Also results of a recent remarketing benchmark survey will be discussed. (Panelists to include representatives from Honda, WFS, Remarketing Services of America, Credit Acceptance Corp. and Auction Broadcasting Company.)
NETWORKING

Roundtable Attendees will be given the opportunity to visit the Harley-Davidson Plant on Friday, July 25, 2003. Reservations are required! Attendees have the option of renting a Harley-Davidson or other motorcycle and caravaning to the Milwaukee, WI Plant or using the shuttle transportation provided by Roundtable organizers.
